Hi All,
I’m trying out the site and wanted to say hi.

I recently completed the necessary class time at a local community college, passed the National Home Inspection Exam and signed up for the necessary insurance to apply for my MA and NH Home Inspection licensing.

I’ve spent the last 30+ yrs as an HVAC mechanic, bought, sold, built, & renovated about a dozen or so houses before I decided to give home inspection a whirl.

Thanks for letting me into the forum and giving me access to your experience and knowledge.
