Help Identify 3rd Waste Access In Front Yard

Can some one please assist with identifying the 3rd plumbing access item used in this new build front yard. The two sewer access points make sense, one to the home and one to the street but the 3rd is a mystery. I will include a picture of the inside of the 3rd.

Only the plumber would know for sure.

If there is only one sewer line from the home to the street, then you only need one cleanout. The only logical reason IMO for multiple cleanouts is if there are parallel lines (e.g. perhaps to expand the overall capacity supporting a big home addition) or multiple lines connecting for some reason. In some jurisdictions, albeit certainly frowned on nowadays, shared “Y” laterals between two houses were permissible.

storm sewer???

Possible future backwash point for a filter (pool, water filter, etc.), or discharge point for a condensate line of some type? Is that a capped PVC line in there? Was it removable? Was that water almost to the top (can’t tell)?

If it is not something typical seen in your area report it as unknown and have the buyer get with the builder to explain its purpose.

You can have long sweep wyes pointed in either direction on each clean out.

The third one though is a bit of a mystery. With that hole drilled in the top, it’s almost like it’s venting something, like a check valve.
