Help identifying please

There wer two of these 1 1/2 inch pipes coming out of the slab. Are they drain cleanouts?

I doubt they are cleanouts. My WAG would be condensate drains. Did you account for all appliances that could drain condensate and where they were draining to?

Do you have any more information about the structure? Overview photos?

I see garage floor drains like that now and then.

Did you follow them back into the house? What was on the other side of the wall? More than likely those pipes are a straight run. What was in line with them? Questions like this are impossible to answer without more information from you.

Like said above, AC condensate drains??

does this point to the laundry room under the washing machine?
Perhaps the water heater drip pan?
Possibly a secondary condensate drain pan under an air handler?
Have you explored what is on the other side of the wall and eliminated the other drains you have already identified?

The opposing wall for one is the master bathroom and the opposing wall for the other is the kitchen. The AC condensate drain and the TPR drain are by the AC Unit.

Did you shine a light in them? They wouldn’t be clean outs unless they smell like a sewer pipe.

If there was a utility sink or something, I’d think they were gray water drains. How old is the home?

Floor drains would also be possible, but probably all covered up with flooring over the years.

Weird for sure.
