This has nothing to do with your "opinion" obviously.

We benefit from opposing "opinions" and recognize NACHI bashers as assets. I'd even go as far as saying that NACHI would never have gotten to be the #1 home inspection trade association without the help from our NACHI bashers who continually find holes for us (which we of course then plug). In fact the whole purpose of the blog was to prompt and reveal valid criticisms of NACHI, for NACHI. The criticisms (the valid, truthful, and NACHI-related ones anyway) and opposing "opinions" help stregthen NACHI and are very useful to us and very welcomed. However, your actions are quite different... and are criminal.

On April 13th, I sent a PM to Lorraine, asking her to cease and desist with these inane posts. I explained that she was a guest on the board, and that she needed to take a different tact with regard to her gripes.
I asked her to wait unbtil the Canadian invoice issue was resolved, one way or another, before making any more comments or maiking a stand.
I also explained to her, and to all, that there are Terms of Use, which she agreed to abide by, when accessing or posting on this message board.
It s a rarity when NACHI removed anyone from accessing this BB. These latest actions are nothing short of extraordinary.
Again, it's not as if anyone couldnt see this coming. A line needs to be drawn in the sand. Well, one has been drawn, and apparently Lorraine has crossed it. It is not as if she is not entitled to her opinion. Its just that this message board is a NACHI asset, and NACHI need not tolerate someone disrupting any portion of its operation.
Defamation is yet another legal avenue on the horizon, I suspect, for posters and bloggers alike.
The best advice I can offer is... Duck.

Todd is correct and if you look again you will note that I replied on April 24th. I will admit that I don’t reply to many questions on the message board because with 260 new posts being made every day, I just don’t have the time to follow them all. However, as I stated many times… email me with the thread’s URL if you need me anywhere on the message board and I will come. And if you recall, during my members-only boycott, I still agreed to reply to any post when requested by a fellow member to do so, even the ones in members-only.
