I say let me file an electronic sabatoge suit against Gil and Lorraine. Even if it has no basis, I can bury them in legal action and take their homes. Then Robert can use their homes for NACHI mock inspections.

Fair enough. Lorraine is likely aware that the members are privy to this info but wished to share it with those who are not members. You have to admit, it's a comment that shouldn't have been made. Dumping on Lorraine for sharing it is, in my opinion, misdirected anger. As the old adage goes, don't shoot the messenger.

It's over. All that you folks have managed to do with your tantrums is to have the forum you were posting on restricted to "members-only".
I don't know how you guys do business in Canada, but in our country, you deal with the source. Littering our message board with your personal gripes and grievances do not win you a following or help you to add any pressure on Nick or anyone else. Call him, write him, email him...but leave us out of it.
If you guys start it here, I can almost guarantee that you will be immediately cut off, so let it go.
Please find some other avenue to voice your personal displeasures with Nick and each other. This is not a "chat room".

I do not believe I have acted negatively towards anyone concerning they?re conflicts with Nick. As that whole deal is none of my business I am a neutral party.
All I said was that it is pointless and against MB rules to re-post from members only.

I have had at least 25 booked inspections as a direct result of being listed on the NACHI web sites.
Other folks mileage does vary.

In that same Members' Mostly thread, Nick Gromicko offered to take detractor's houses, and asked for mercy on their behalf. Don't take my word for it, go back and read the whole thread. Psychotic, Dissociative? I don't know. Maybe he just believes he is the Deity, himself. You decide.
Truth is: he can't do secure either. Maybe even Chad was momentarily impressed with what he saw over a few hours this weekend, but the preponderance of the evidence suggests that NACHI is exactly what it has always appeared to be. Invisi-NACHI, Inter-NACHI, and Infanti-NACHI too -by the way. I trust Chad will be blogging his experiences before too long....
Lorraine and many others should, and will be canonized among the pioneers of our profession. Dissenters will continue and grow as time goes on. Count on it.

You know the term "Thick Skin". After you have been around here for a while you develop "Nick Skin". A lot of what Nick says just bounces right off. If we all got our panties in a bunch over everything Nick said, we all would have been in the looney bin months ago.
It's about expectations. I know what to expect out of NACHI. I get more than my $289 worth out of the referrals and this BB. So that is all I expect from NACHI. The rest is fluff.

Well, I would expect that the ad agency would have requested a 50% deposit (minimum) on the work to be performed plus have a contract signed by NACHI before any work was done. If it's a case of some members had paid out of their own pockets to get the work done, well they should know better than that. I don't pay out of my pocket for someone else's bills. Not even my mother's.
I spoke with Nick last year about a deal with a relocation website and having them put findaninspector.us on the site. He told me that when it came down to money and a contract, to have them forward it all to him. He never asked or implied that I was expected to front any money or that they would have to deliver product first.

My "Nick Skin" has worn out, I can't sit by while he spews out some of the stuff he does. It is insulting to his membership.
It is interesting that the people coming to his rescue are new here, they too in time will wear out their skin, guaranteed.
