ahhh lol i see HE has something to gain-extract from homeowners $$$$$ per his, ‘Wet basement inspections’ and he writes, ‘The methods and techniques described in this book are not a guarantee basements won’t leak again…’
so again, one can say anything when one doesn’t guarantee a damn thing
there’s a former HI in Michigan that did the same thing, wrote a book $$$$ and then advertised to the public that HE supposedly had all the cheap, easy answers for leaky basements with no guarantee, he go and meet homeowners and charge then $$ for his incompetent weak ‘solutions’ he actually sent me his book few years back lolol so after a quick view of this guys book, it is pretty much the SAME thing guy here did for easy $$$ and no guarantee

i reemember talking to Ron a couple times on phone, after he sent me his book, i SENT HIM lolollll some videos of some of ours jobs which CLREALY show n prove mych of his waterdiverting stuff, is bullsht… he said he wanted to meet, but GEE, i never heard from him again after sending our videos
does he seem like a good dude? Sure, seems like it, Does he ‘GET’ that INT drainage systems are bogus, fraudulent sht? Yes, but that doesn’t make him or the home inspector above–video-book an honest expert on this subject, shtt, lollll they have NEVER done the job, never waterproofed anything let alone had to AHEM< guarantee it!

i’ll take this home inspectors words, Josh in Ohio , in this video on leaky basements and interior drainage systems LONG before Mr Gay and Mr Gibson and imo ALL homeowners should as well, the others are BS’g you for self-gain $ ---- again, SOME home inspectors ‘get it’ and some do not, some call out the bullshtt and some do not
