you can manually cycle them and I have actually found some that leak at time of cycle only.
Just like HVAC that so many like to say they “Inspect”…
You don’t have to know everything about it’s design and operation, but it would be nice to know what your looking at and how it should be maintained by the client.
Hopefully we won’t get a bunch of “Certified Water Softener Inspectors” evolve from it!
But I’m probably dreaming, right?!
I would like to know more about the device connected to the water supply and what happens if it is just left there to rot, and why so many are piped directly into the sewer sanitary drain all the time.
