Hey Nick I thought of You Today

I bet by me starting a thread with Nick in the title would get a lot of attention…LOL

Anyway Nick I ad to squeeze in an Inspection this morning for a New Broker starting his own firm that I met 2 weeks ago. The guy calls me at 9:00 last night and said oops I forgot to call you last week but I need the inspection by Tuesday. Well my week is already booked solid so I had to do it today, before the Skins whoop Dallas tonight:shock:.

Anyway well I know you love and refurbish old stoves, unfortunately they already got rid of that, but they had the original sink. It was in really good condition. Had the stove still been there I would have picked it up and shipped it to you.

That is pretty cool, Ive come across a few of those in my days, never that good of condition though.
Im assuming thats pocelain over steel, right Nick?

Early 1930’s Monitor top fridge. The guy said it belongs to his cousin, asked if i wanted to buy it. I said yes, absolutely I do. Just waiting for him to get back to me. To top it off, it is still in working condition.
