Does anyone offer warranties for there home inspections. If so, how much is it per house? How do I get? Who do you use? And does NACHI know anyone that can offer a special deal?

Hi Josh,
Here is my standard warranty at no additional cost to my client.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES: This firm and its inspectors guarantee that all components in this home will fail. Some will fail before todays inspection, others will fail during todays inspection and a greater quantity of components will fail after todays inspection. We further guarantee that these failures will occur even if you do not have the home inspection.
Best regards,

Valley Home Inspectors
I cannot reveal all my success tips over the net. You are welcome to call me and I may give you details. I do not want other inspectors in my area capitalizing on my research, knowledge and busness practices. I am the only inspector in my area of operation that offers this warranty.
It definetly works for me - We are so busy we can't do the work.
I have said too much and cannot say any more on this subject.
