I agree, it is an assumption on my part that if you pertain to an Association such as Inachi, or other, you will utilize all the benifets that are available to you to continue your education.
That is what helps make a good inspector.
If you do not participate as you mentioned, you are wasting your money.
Access to plumbing tools doesn’t guarantee you’re a great plumber either. But being a member of InterNACHI guarantees that the inspector has free and unlimited access to absolutely everything he/she could possibly want/need to achieve and maintain excellence. www.nachi.org/inspectionexcellence.htm
No other association can claim that. Only InterNACHI.
Next you will claim I have used you in quotes. sheesh.
Was tempted to post after your Canadian thread stalk early this morning but resisted the urge when I realized I actually had an inspection to leave for and decided to throw in a tablespoon of Tasters chioce and shower instead…lol
I don’t know.
This is entertainment…not a lifestyle choice.
I have no side here.
Heck Nate does not even love me anymore.
When is the last time he referred to me as one of the good inspectors ?
Personally would rather see all you strong men fighting dumb regulations, crooked Brokers that sell ads in office papers, and vendors like “Service Magic” that lower our take home pay by pitting us in bidding wars.
Of all the faults I have and I’m sure there are many… jealousy, thankfully is not one of them. If we weren’t wanting to continue learning… we’d be bored/burnt out, thankfully were both a long ways off yet!
Unrestricted access to the unmoderated interactions between industry vendors and fellow members (many of which have tried various products/services and can offer first-hand review of them) is most definitely one of the many membership benefits that contribute to improving the inspection services offered by members.
Your absolutely wrong. I can read the entire library of congress and without the skills and knowledge of implementation, it all means nothing.
NICK, look at some of the people here and the questions they ask! The questions they ask have answers in front of them, but they are too freaking lazy to even Google it!
InterNACHI’s courses aren’t just long list of facts. Otherwise we could just delete all our courses and put up one link to Google. Our courses are designed to help the student acquire real inspection skills and our courses teach implementation. If you are an InterNACHI member with access to www.nachi.org/education.htm , you really have no excuse.
Hey Gumby… News Flash… you can post any quote of anything I have ever said on this MB, anywhere on this MB that you care to. Private or Public. I don’t care, as everything is my personal opinion, which I am legally entitled to. I am ashamed of NOTHING I have ever posted here, and I stand behind every word I have ever said here.
Can you, or anyone from your long list of backdoor driller friends, say that? I think not!
Btw… this is not explicit permission to post volatile information which may lead to legal actions from the Private side to the Public side. Doing so will invoke the “Khan Clause”… http://www.immersiononline.net/upload/7597.jpg
