Being a home inspector doesn’t necessarily mean he knows anything about chicks. If I had a chick list, i don’t think I’d be spreading it around. That could lead to serious trouble with some chicks on the list. If he does create a home maintenance chick list, he better be sure that the chicks want to do home maintenance.

Actually, my wife goes to the gym more than I do. I go to keep up with her.
Plus after 20 years of marriage and 25 years since we met, I need to make sure she stays attracted to me.

After you get your chick list downloaded , I would recommend working on becoming a Certified Master Inspector for a nice check list that would be available to you to offer your clients.
