Anyone know what these things are? Nothing came out of the hose bibb when I turned the handle.
I found an additional box lying in a pile of rocks nearby.
Looks like a vinyl fence post wrapped around some wood support that houses the pipe for the hose bib.
Likely shut-off wherever it connects back at the house, or well or wherever…

Never seen that type of contraption in my neck of the woods before.
