OK, house is 24’ wide and a ranch. You are looking at an exterior bearing wall. The window and framing you see are in the bathroom.

Comments please....

Well, the first thing that I see is that there is only half of a header over the window. The interior corner of the bath doesn’t have 3 studs for the partition wall.

After looking again, Here, we would have a full cripple on the window stud and then the window would be framed in.

Well for starters…The window header should be built from

at least 2x6 framed properly. Stud missing in corner on left.

Wire is protruding from insulation in lower rt.

Why are the roof rafters cut that way?If the roof starts here
the wall needs additional studs.

Fan exhaust duct needs different hangers to prevent lent from
building up in collasped hose.

Jeff, besides the window header and roof rafters cut into the existing wall, are they not going to sheetrock the ceiling? What is the purpose of the wire that appears to be coming directly out of the ceiling into ???

Besides the window header, notched rafters, and crappy insulation job, is that vent duct from the bathroom? and where is it terminated? right above the window? recycled exhaust!
