How get 4 Point Inspection Certificate?

Hello, I just did all the course here to get my 4 point inspection certificate. But nothing occurred.
I didn’t go through all of InterNACHI’s training yet. Is that why? Or what is the next step?

I am already a licensed Home Inspector. So I added outside credits to my dashboard, but nothing happened. I want to know if my 120 can be converted to 120 of InterNACHI’s credits for home inspector training?

I need to transfer everything and take additional classes if necessary like home inspector safety. I don’t get replies in emails sent. What do I do?. I am a paying member.
