At what point do you reschedule an inspection, due to rain?
What a great opportunity to observe how the house sheds water. Observe and report on what you can and report on any limitations due to the amount of rain.
In general I wouldn’t reschedule for rain. You can always inspect the interior, But it’s your call on safety.
