As for Steven’s comment at top of this tread… “clients keep Denying an inspection”, is misleading. Realtors got spoiled during and after the Pandemic. Selling houses became much easier without having to deal with home inspections. They got used to this routine and many continue to tell their home buying clients they might not get the house if they ask for an inspection. However, there are many realtors who have come back to recommending an inspection for there clients. Finding these agents and establishing a relationship with them will keep you inspecting.
