How to setup a FetchReport account?

I do pre-listing inspections but this is the first time with the MIC. How do you go about setting up fetch reports and uploading the report? I id a search but came up empty.

First, click the link on fetchreport.com, under the main box, that says “InterNACHI Inspectors: Sign up for your FetchReport.com account”.
