*Hello Nick,
I have an idea regarding our home inspection marketing products. It’s a different way of proceeding.
As a start, I’d like to provide you a $125 check for each $375 brochure design we sell to a NACHI home inspector. You can keep this amount, give back to the inspector, even offer the design for $350, passing on the discount to the inspector, and still keep $100. If you recommend 100 inspectors, that’s $10,000 to you! However, I am sure, you could find 200 inspectors a year to recommend, given the membership numbers of NACHI.
Let me know what you think.

I remember them from about 16 years ago when he did the newsletters and graphic stuff for one of the east-coast old-time ASHI Inspector groups.
Sold or traded them some of my postcard designs for some newsletter articles I think - don’t know what they did with them. Haven’t seen these guys in years.
Nick, it sounds like an attempt at a kickback. THey should be dropped immediately. THey are looking out for what is better for them, and you . Not the membership. Dirty, to say the least.
