I think there’s several scams floating around. I keep getting texts from a person insisting on sending me a cashier’s check prior to any inspection. I could be paranoid, but as soon as I started a company- and was visible on Google- the weirdos came out.
I am in Delaware and serve PA’s chester county, and delaware county. I do get requests to do Philly- so I was just wondering what extra challenges you are facing.
If there are issues for me-I’d be happy to refer the Philly jobs to you.

He even called me last night after getting off the MB. Which btw his English was broken
He called from a texas area code.
Thank you! I dont want to call it an issue just yet. I know I’m new and i need to be patient. I know my time will come. I would definitely appreciate the referral, we’ll set a finders fee too. I have been marketing through social media’s. I am going to make business cards this week so that by next week i can start handing them out. Ive reach out to folks i already know and just put my hand on the radar. Other than this ive just been expanding my knowledge with the courses and trying to keep it in my head ya know
You can feel good that you at least made him spend some money to send a certified check. Not sure how much that costs but if everyone started doing that they would probably move on to a different industry, hopefully, lol. I think I got 3 of these scam requests this week already. I may start making them send a check!

Mia, congrats on joining us. 1st thing you need in Pa is to get your Radon certs & state license. Pa is a high Radon area & most of our inspections have Radon testing as an extra. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Good luck

have you contacted the state & nrpp to get all your certs before taking proctored exam. after that state requires a crap load of paperwork & you need a good crm. the eye pro is awesome. I have several, easy to use, and the support is great.
What is nrpp and crm? Is eye pro a reporting software?
