Hello, please give me your opinions on this roof window> I was told there a flashing under the stucco. I always thought the flashing should be installed outside the stucco to prevent water damage to the stucco and water intrusion. There continues to be leaking in this area and the roofer just keeps caulking it with silicon. Images shows how the water is dripping underneath in the attic.

It looks like the framer hammered a hole, for some reason.
