I thought I remembered seeing that there was going to be widget so that I could have customers access the fetchreport reports from my website. If there is, I can’t find it. Was correct or not?

That feature’s in the works but not quite finished yet. Unfortunately it keeps on getting pushed back for other projects (making it work requires some restructuring of the core FetchReport system, which means it’s slightly more than a quick fix). I’ve made some estimations in the past about when it’d be done, and they’ve all been wrong… so let me just leave it at: we’re working on it, and I hope to have it done soon.

If anyone is still paying attention to this thread, a feature that would be very helpful is an address book. It would be nice to not have to keep typing in the agent’s phone numbers.
