Energy Saving
Energy is saved when the output temperature at 1000 watts feels the same as at 1500 watts –this is the Thermaflo ™ advantage!
With conventional single speed fan heaters, the output temperature drops 33% when operated at 1000 watts. This is due to the air velocity remaining constant, while the element delivers 33% less heat

Yes the temperature of the discharge air is the same at the lower watt setting BUT so is the cu. ft. per minutes that is delivered to the room so there is absolutely no “Savings”.

Yes Some are noisy some take up less space some cost less But 1,500 is !,500 , A few years ago Consumer report compaired many different designs . Still the results are the same …

In my state, 80% of electricity is produced fromcoal … meaning that the heat energy being generated by the burning coal is wasted. The btus going up the chimneys to produce the electricity is a total loss. Then, from the point it is produced to the point of use, much of the electricity created is lost in transmission.

By the time electricity reaches my home … almost as much energy has been used to get it there than what I will be using it for.

In this regard, electricity is the least efficient of all forms of energy which is why it is the most expensive to produce.

The btus going up the chimneys to produce the electricity is a total loss. Then, from the point it is produced to the point of use, much of the electricity created is lost in transmission.

Many do not know that the power put into the line at the supply does not make it to the other end .
AC Suffers line loss the further you ship it the more you lose .
We in Canada have oil for sale and the USA Has turned it down .
We are now looking to sell it to China .
Next year I expect the USA will suddenly say yes .
What a strange world we live in .

That is a meaningless fact. All forms of energy PRODCTION and delivery have losses. Burning abundant coal for energy is one of the true bargains. We have hundreds of years worth of coal in this country.
