Why aren’t you doing them?
I am looking for somebody to hire. I do the west coast for him Tampa, St. Pete, Riverview, Northport, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Bradenton, Sarasota etc. He wants to hire somebody located int Orlando area. Orlando is just to far for me to drive.
He has paid at least 10000 dollars this year for inspection on the west coast. He asked me to try to get somebody qualified to do inspection around the Orlando area. Its to far for me to drive.
I live in Wauchula which is closer to the west coast.
Trust me this is not a scam Its a opportunity. He is located in Miami and buys houses everywhere. And now the Orlando market has opened up.
He begged me to to Orlando tomorrow and I said yes. 1103 Emeralda Rd. Orlando, FL32808. That’s a 1 53 minutes away. I cant keep doing that.

I posted my question to elicit more information from you, because you failed to post anything useful for anyone that may be interested.
As for my location, that means nothing giving certain conditions. Your post “inferred” that you were looking for a Commercial class inspector for a “Big Time Investor”! You also posted in the General Inspection category, NOT the Florida Specific section. I, as well as many other inspectors, frequently travel to other states for specific jobs. I know of a couple that travel to Florida, but will let them read your posts and decide if they want to ‘deal with it’ for themselves.

No he is a investor he doesn’t want reports. He wants videos narrated and pictures of an investment property he is going to possibly buy. You are dead wrong. He is a personal investor he just wants the house checked out before he buys. That’s what i do for him.
