Order some of the checklist reports from ITA, (Inspection Training Associates), they have a 12 page matrix report that is a checklist type of report. If you use this kind of report be sure to add photos as additional pages.

Just a suggestion for a checklist. I use Report Host, http://www.reporthost.com/default.asp


as they NACHI members 15 inspections free and they provide a checklist that you can modify to the inspection.

I'm sure you've found one by now but It's an idea.
