Looking at the new InterNACHI Awards board members it is not hard to imagine which board member/s recommended the PROCEDURAL AND STRUCTURAL changes.
It is beyond my comprehension why such evidentiary support, verification and procedural formality changes where necessary other than to formalize a judicial process.
As home inspectors we fundamentally deal with a non-invasive examinations. A non judicial process and now were are to assume a role of evidentiary support, verification and procedural formality when choosing a MOTY?
I feel the awards board needs a sub committee of volunteer CMI’s members to help vote through process changes. I will have more to say once I go through your submission more vigorously.

Gotta admit though, I was blinded-sided with this, considering the two new Committee Members this year. I guess one doesn’t really know who is who, unless of course the “Good-Old-Boy” network is still stronger than I anticipated!
