I read that this morning too and found it very interesting.
It should make brokers insist on an inspection before marketing the property but I wonder if it will based on some of the junk I have been seeing a lot of lately.
You bet there is junk out there. And, when utilities are off, plenty of mold in those homes. I am to the point of charging extra for foreclousures. We all should take extra care in inspecting these homes, and who/whom for.
