This rain cap is a rare find for me. Thought I would share. I addition to the my standard asbestos comment, there are a few more concerns such as the failing seam and cracking (list not exhaustive) Here are a few photos.
Oh, just for kicks; this home and the yellow one across the street were used for filming “Stranger Things”. The production painted the home yellow, changed out all LED’s to incandescent for 3 surrounding blocks to include porch lights and street lamps.
