InterNACHI of Canada
As I am sure most of you are aware, InterNACHI of Canada is now being formed. Details should be finalized by month’s end,with announcements being made shortly thereafter.

AS in any new venture, help is required to get this up and rolling in a positive way. As we are working out the final details we realize we need to form many of our own committees.

Right now we are looking to form the “Education Committee”. This committee should be formed by Members or either NACHI or InterNACHI. Volunteers are now being sought for this committee.

International Association of Certified Home Inspectors is incorporated as a non profit association under the Alberta Societies Act. We are affiliated with InterNACHI in the USA. We have the exclusive use of InterNACHI in Canada and are the only Canadian Association affiliated with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors in the USA. All other Associations are copies and have plagiarized our logos, COE, SOP, etc.

Bob, please count me in as this would be such a geographic benefit given the climate up here with other intrusive associations right across the country… I will do what I can to assist Canada NACHI… kodos to you Sir.

I was surprised to find this post on the Mb. How wonderful to have a local chapter right around the corner. I was even more surprised to find an upcoming event at the yacht club on feb 25.
Then the bad news.
All the posts are ancient. The event appears to be from 2004!
Is there a Durham Kawartha chapter of internachi?
What happened to all the enthusiastic interest in Internachi of Canada?

Nope that died a long time ago
Lots of wide eyed ideas that never came to fruition.

Thanks Doug, it looks like that you two are in the same area, why not look into trying to meetup? We are looking to provide a central register of speakers you might like to call in for local meetings. Again something we have been working on in the background.

Doug and I have spoken at length and he has been very helpful in starting my new career.

I look forward to more info on OntarioACHI.
