Is palm tech anygood?

I used Palmtech PC versions which were ok. I used Version 7 for 5 years. When I purchased it, they told me I would never have to buy another software program again, unless I wanted to upgrade. Now they’ve forced the PC uses (except version 9) to go to the online version. I told them I’d check it out and purchased two licenses. After reviewing it for 2 weeks I realized they stepped backwards in their software. Much slower, more complicated, and less intuitive. So I asked for a refund. They refused to give me back my $500. I didn’t get service. Should I call my lawyer? I don’t know. Their integrity is not good. I would not recommend them.
