What type of labels is everyone using for:

I currently have Agent and Broker
Does anyone break this down more for different designations?

I use labels for which agents attended presentations. I also recommend using them for notes as to how you met the agent. For example
a label for all new agents added in December met at Open Houses.

Then being able to mass email only brokers by selecting the broker label. However under the mass email options I do not see that as a function.

When using the mass mailing, if the agents I mass to would hit the ‘unsubscribe’ would that keep them from getting email notices for an inspection later on?
