Hello all,

I've been looking for a reasonably priced brochure or pamphlet to give my clients in their binder.
Of course cost is an issue and a quality product for consumers.

Yeah want it all with out paying for it. LOL

Seriously I am looking for something that will help those who do not know the first thing about owning a home.

Thanks, Joe

Greg,

That is the one I give to my clients, except I buy it direct from the author at considerable savings: A case order (80 books) runs $3.00 per book plus shipping and handling. You can find the author's site at:

Thanks for the suggestion Greg,

Looks interesting but I'm not a PV customer and they say it's only for their customers.

I'm very happy with my reporting system (Report Host).

I do thank you though.

Joe

Read again, Joe. Thomas is giving you the direct link to the author rather than going thru Porter Valley Software.

It's the same 96 page booklet, but direct from the author at $3.00 per case of 80.

Thanks Erby and Thomas

I apparently didn't see Thomas's post until after I sent the reply to Greg.

Thanks for the update and I'll check out the link.

Have a GREAT Holiday all.
