In the attached pic are rodent trails and droppings.
When I open the attic hatch you could hear them running like crazy. The entire attic area smelled like a s hit house door on a shrimp boat. When I would shine my light in the far reached of the attic you could see what appeared to be a thousand eyes shining back at me. I went and got my respirator and continued to inspect the area.
The client didn’t purchase the home.
