Snow can be piled up. Well I guess so can houses. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)
We have had 1 reported tornado that did no damage.
To be honest I hate it here; Black widows >>everywhere, Scorpions everywhere, Crawl spaces , while rare, are full of supper nasty Black Widow spiders , and Scorpions.
If it is in AZ it is either poisonous or it lives somewhere else

Todd,
Is your picture of you in a crawl space looking black widows. I just have to be careful of Rattle Snakes. Epecially on the hill in my back yard.
I have no idea what one snake looks like over another. All Snakes are the same! And I am not getting close enough to do a closeup examinatin.
I was doing an inspection one time and move this items and 3 snakes scambled so did I. At least 5 ft. back to regroup. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

Your not going to belive this , but I use Aquenet extreme hold for the Black widows. Spray em’ once and let God sort em’ out., The scorpions are a different deal ya wear your protection and hope for the best.
Rattle snakes:
I don't run into a lot of snakes.
Lucky for me they are more afraid of us then we are of them.
The snakes that I do see I shine my light in there eyes and make as much noise as possible, and 9 times out of 10 they leave.
If they do not leave I don't crawl the space. cuz I am a puss.

Todd,
Not a physical Heart Attack. Just my heart was beating extrmely fast and made my body shake for a few minutes. It caught me totally by surprise. Things don't usally bother me that much but it was a little too close for me. As I said before I don't know one snake from another and I am not getting that close to find out and I definately will not be sticking around to get a chance.
Everyone has thier thing and mine are SNAKES! But I try and not show it outwardly. For an example I was working for another company one time. I needed this lady to sign a piece of paper. She was holding a little snake in her hand. She puts it out to me and said, " Here, Hold this!" I looked at her and said "NO THANKS! Not the type of animal I like to hold."
Oh I got hassled but that is ok! A good snake is a dead snake!

Luckily I don’t have to deal with snakes or scorpions here… My biggest concern as far as pests go is the brown recluse. These things can give you a nasty bite.
