Marketing to Past Clients? ROI?

I have recently inquired about the RecallChek service. Does anyone out there use it successfully? Please, no haters. I’m just looking for people with personal history using the service and how value added it is.

Several and no one using it has any problems or concerns. They all like it. If you market will allow you to add the cost to your inspections, its a great service. Personally I think the sewer guard is the best of all the services offered.

Thanks for your input. It seems like this service takes a lot of heat on the forum (not sure why). However, on paper, the service looks like it could be a benefit and I was just curious how others, that actually have used it, feel it benefits their business.
