I’m going into business for myself next month and need suggestions on advertising as far as brochures, post cards, etc. I thought of a mailing to all 5,000 realtors in the metro area, but after figuring up the postage threw out that ideal not knowing if it would even be read. Also thought about e-mailing all realtors, but local board of realtors won’t give out e-mail addresses. State the realtors don’t want junk mail. Any suggestions would be appreciated as to the best route to go.
