I’d like to thank Bert Hull from Knoxville Engineered Home Inspections for taking the time to act as my mentor as I begin my career as a Home Inspector. Bert has taken the time to let me ride along with him and learn how a home inspection is completed in the field. It’s one thing to learn what we do via the classes we take and the certifications we earn, but it’s another thing to actually go into the field and witness firsthand how an inspection is completed. Bert’s approach utilizing a “hands-on” training method has been invaluable in gaining a better understanding of the tools we typically use, the processes and guidelines we follow. I recommend the Mentor program to all recently licensed inspectors who do not have the advantage of being part of an existing team to learn from.
Bert is a stand-up guy.
Way to go Bert!
Bert’s the Man!
Great job, Bert.
Scott, I concur. Bert Hall is an excellent example of what you can archive and become during your tenure at InterNACHI. Mentoring is an invaluable tool to new inspectors. No one more equipped to mentor than Bert Hall.
To put it simply; Bert Hall, “You’re The Best!”
Great job Bert!
