Maryland home inspectors can escape the whole issue by including the required disclaimer.

( 4 ) The presence of CSST with the recommendation that the bonding of the CSST be reviewed by a licensed master electrician. § 09.36.07.07.B

And

(3) Presence of CSST gas piping with the recommendation that the bonding of the CSST be reviewed by a licensed master electrician. § 09.36.07.08.C
