Is being a Realtor the only way to get MLS access in FL? Does anybody know of affiliate programs that offer MLS access?

100 views and no answer = I’m guessing there is no MLS access unless you are a Realtor or have a Realtor friend.

Michael, call you local Realtor association and ask them.

I belong to mine as an associate for SUPRA key access but that does not allow me MLS access.

The rules are not all the same in all areas.

Thanks - that is what I already did. Sarasota affiliates will have SUPRA key access but not to the MLS. Perhaps another Florida association will be different.

Try checking in Realestate.com, Zillow or ask the realtor referring you to send you a copy or link to the MLS…I always do and usually don’t have a problem.
