How will I go about getting Supra access? Y’all are great BTW. Thanks for all of the help.

Contract your local MLS.

Your local Realtors’ Association can also help. Most of the time you have to join as an associate member to get a key, but all states and regions vary. In GA, only realtors and appraisers can have access to them, so us HIs have to rely on agents or sellers.

In my area you have to join the local realtor association as an affiliate and pass a background check.

I had my SUPRA key through my local Board of Realtors of which as a home inspector I had to be an associate member. Worth every penny.

We now use SentriKey in my area, which I like much better.

Never had one. The agents are making the big money, never had a problem getting one to open up. Don’t let them buffalo you into spending money. I tell them I’ll just tell OUR CLIENT that you’re not interested in their purchase. That gets them out PDQ!

Hi Tomas. Do you already have your own SupraKey for Georgia? I’ve called the MLS, and they say they can’t help me with that. Do you know how to do it? Thanks in advance.

Jorchs, only RE agents and appraisers are allowed to have them in GA. HI’s have no access to them. We have to rely on agents/ code boxes for access.

Jorchs, I am in GA and I have a SupraKey. I am not sure you received all the correct information. SupraKey has reciprocity in specific areas.

My affiliate was easy to contact, gave me direction, including how to perform the background check. Easy Peasy.

Maybe the GAMLS has that option, but the last time I checked, the NEGAMLS didn’t allow it. It could have change, but each district is different with who they allow to have access.
