Mock Inspection Reports

I am at the mock inspection section of the course. Are these to be complete inspections of a home?

Been a while since I had to do them. *(I believe ) its a mock inspection of 1 thing.. like if your on hvac you could do a mock of your furnace, or ac unit, or boiler.

but maybe i’m wrong and someone will correct me and help you. I know the directions where straight forward for internachi.

Morning, Kevin. Hope to find you well and in good spirits today.

Like Patrick, Been sometime since I performed the required 4 mock inspection reports. If I am not mistaken, when I joined and had to perform 4 written mock inspection reports the rules were different. But I could be mistaken.

Moving on. Key Rules & Requirements
Four (4) Mock Inspection Reports: You must complete four (4) mock, or simulated home inspection reports.
These inspections are performed for no fee.
The inspections must be performed according to InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice for Home Inspections.
Reports must be completed using the specific InterNACHI Inspection Report Writing Checklist and cannot use third-party software.
The reports are submitted through the InterNACHI website using the online checklist for the CPI requirements.
Successfully completing these mock inspections is a prerequisite for signing your member affidavit and proceeding with your CPI certification.
