could we get some feedback on this please? do we pay nearly $300 to try and sell a $300-$500 product to our client via “The Warranty”?

The program to NACHI members is currently $195. The program is designed to;
-Drive business to inspectors from Realtors/homeowners wanting the roof performance warranty.
-Increase earnings through quality assurance fees
-Increase inspection fees for homeowners wanting extra assurance
-Earn claims management fees
-Receive leads from MoistureFree
You receive 2 hour DVD training and take a 30 minute on line exam. Once approved you can market your services as a MoistureFree Certified Roof Inspector and receive the benefits noted.

Did you ever hear back from your compliance department and/or The Texas Real Estate Commission as to whether TREC will be regulating this warranty in any way?
Also on another post you had indicated you will be placing the warranty on the Moisture Free WEB site so we can view it. I have not been able to find that as of yet. Has it been posted?
