I am interested in becoming mold accessor certified, but looking at the Florida DBPR, it looks like I have to have at least 2 years experience? could someone who is certified tell me if that is the case?
If so, I guess I would never get certified, because that would not make economical sense to go work for someone else.
Its the same with termite certification… which is frustrating, because I have now found major termite damage on numerous homes that the termite “inspector” missed on their inspection, yet they are the experts? haha
