Dear Nick,
The mouse pads are a real hit. When I hand one to a realtor, you would think that I gave her a $100 bill. I see that a few have already sent in thank-you letters to NACHI.
This is a great tool for introducing NACHI to agents in the Southeast (a place where, unfortunately, you're practically unknown).
My business is growing. I really appreciate NACHI's help.
Thanks again,
Jim

I agree, they really helped out up her in PA too. There are plenty of thank you letters sent back to NACHI and it helped the business. I think that sending to agents that already use you and those that you were involved with on inspections is the way to go. I don’t think “cold” sending to agents that never heard of you will be as effective.
Thanks tons to NACHI!!

Two questions in one about the mouse pads,
Is it possible to buy some mouse pads, and hand them out to realtors or would that be considered a gift or a bribe?
I talk to 8 - 10 realtors on Sundays at open houses, to introduce myself as a H.I. and leave them business cards and brochures. Just thought while I'm there I could hand them one. Not a lot of realtors I know have went to the NACHI site to order one so I did it for them.
