Put your baton away ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif) I'm not trying to be annoying, just stating a different opinion which is what this board and the Constitution allows

easy guys. this can be handled very quietly and very quickly, trust me.

one of you guys get me Jims (and anyone else who has been truly annoying lately) IP address and i'd be happy to have plenty of fun with them. and so will plenty of friends of mine.

we....ummm, how should i put this......well let's just say that we have a hobby (a harmless one, at least when we're not too provoked ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif) ) of circumventing alot of things, slipping thru loopholes, etc., etc..

multiple proxys are a beautiful thing

Jim, stop by again. i'm freakin begging you.

It is an open board and for what ever reason Jim Morrison decides to question anything, it's his prerogative.
If I were you slanicek, I'd be careful about tossing around hacker threats and admissions of reckless hacker behavior. As sophisticated as you may be, if Jimmy's computer goes down fingers will be waving in your direction.

Instead of name calling maybe one of you folks might want to try to actually engage Jimmy in meaningful conversation. He's damn smart and may have some food for thought. I've no doubt that he could benefit the members of NACHI and maybe even NACHI itself.

Lately, I know I've been feeling much better about NACHI since NICK turned in his Realtor license on January 26th. Right Nick?

Did you really turn in your license ![icon_question.gif](upload://t2zemjDOQRADd4xSC3xOot86t0m.gif) Or were you just kidding

My question is Chad, what difference does it make if Nick has a realtor’s license. We have discussed this previously about people being realtor’s and active home inspectors, but that is also not the case with Nick, he is not an active home inspector, so why should he turn in his license to be a buyer’s agent for real estate?

Are you sure your not employed by Nick ? ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif) ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)

You have successfully steered this thread away from the fact that, I WANT THE MOUSE PADS I WAS LED TO BELIEVE WOULD BE SENT TO THE AGENTS I SUBMITTED

Nick’s not a Realtor anymore so the issue is moot. He said he was turning in his license, so I’m sure he did. You have to admire his resolve to eliminate that conflict.

Chad, I still don’t see what conflict you are referring to. Why should Nick turn in his license to please you?

We just don’t share the same opinion on this topic Dave. I see a conflict, you don’t. At any rate, Nick stepped up to the plate and eliminated the problem.

I'm out now, so Gary can his mouse pads.

BTW Dave, your QOD is an excellent idea. I appreciate the mini quiz each day.

Uh-Oh.

The State of Pennsylvania tells me Nick's real estate salesperson license is valid through the end of May this year. I'm sure they're wrong, because I know Nick would never say he was going to do something and fail to follow through.

I'm not saying this to cause trouble. I'm simply letting Nick know that his OWN home state is talking trash about him. Personally, I think he should sue their arse for the next 50 years. It's the only way they'll learn.

I'll make a deal with you: Give Gary his crummy mousepads and I'll stop posting to this thread.

What a generous offer, Hey Gary why don’t you get mouse pads on your own and have the NACHI pick up half? You’ll get your own name on them that way, personally I really don’t think mouse pads are all that. Maybe your new ASHI friends can help you pass them out, doesn’t seem there really busy anyway. icon_lol.gif

Chuck

Since YOU don't think" mouse pads are all that " I guess I should drop the issue

New ASHI friends ? What a concept , all home inspectors working for a common goal We could VOTE for a leader who would be hung if he/she failed to follow through ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) Once we hang 6 or 8 we could then form an alliance and dominate the market . No more worries over state laws requiring ASHI or any other affiliation. Everyone would be equal . I can see it now " THE NATIONAL,AMERICAN,ASSOCIATION,SOCIETY,of CERTIFIED,SOME MASTERS, HOME INSPECTORS. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

P.S. I still want my mouse pads sent to the agents

Gary, according to http://www.nachi.org/thankyou.htm, there are at least 20 thank you letters on there that address your name and the fact that the realtors received their mouse pads.

Yes, I retired after a very long wonderful career in real estate, just as I said I would. The last home I sold was to a fellow NACHI member and former employee, Luigi Crestani. I held my license in the same office as Joe Myer's significant other works. He can verify that I have retired. I'm sure I'm still on websites at the State of PA but their slower at removing me from those websites than I am at adding thank you notes to ours. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Its been about a month and I miss real estate. I miss being in the game. If anyone has ever left a job after 13 years, you'll know what I mean.

I just got done with my meeting with Broker/Owners in CO and it was good that I am not longer a REALTOR. Some of my future lobbying efforts are going to be directed at REALTORs. I can't wear two hats.

Jim M,

Please let me explain, since Nick used to work out of the same office that my significant other works in.

As of January, 2004 Nick quit working in that office. His license is in what they call escrow until it expires or he fails to renew it. In PA just holding a real estate license does not entitle you to practice the profession, you need to have a licensed broker on record to conduct real estate related transactions. At this point, while Nick holds a real estate license, he can not practice real estate related transactions unless he would look for a new broker, or become a licensed broker himself.

I am getting the impression that you did not believe Nick and nothing that anyone says or does is ever going to make you happy about him and/or NACHI.

BTW...I like the picture of you in the other thread. Personally I am making dart boards out of the pictures and sending them to members that don't like you. If you would like I can post a picture of me, so you and your followers can reciprocate the courtesy! ![icon_cool.gif](upload://oPnLkqdJc33Dyf2uA3TQwRkfhwd.gif)

It is the same picture that is on your web site but they stated they got it from the IJ forum, I went right to the source and skipped all the bull!
