Some old timers would do that, and I have never called it out. But, its technically wrong. I believe you can only have 3 grounding conductors together under one termination.
And that grounding conductor that just extends the lug bar to the bus bar is unnecessary, since the lug is already bonded to the box…
The black conductor in the red box is a single stranded conductor common to larger wire gauges.
That two hole wire connector is likely not listed for multiple EGC’s and is only listed for a single conductor in each hole. Having said that since the EGC’s are twisted fairly well to form a single conductor electrically it’s probably not an issue but it is a technical violation. Looks like something similar to this.

I see this so often, I thought it was compliant. Apparently, only compliant with our local AHJs. I did not know that it was a technical violation.
