Update: Members will now get a custom status report emailed to them letting them know of all the search engines their website was submitted to. The custom status report comes about a week after submission.

Same deal here. I gave up on the free website chapter door prize because Roberta took forever and then didn't give all the certificate said she would. I think she confused it with the regular free 1 page site. I hope I don't have to give up on this too. It appears that Roberta has trouble managing her time and commitments. Maybe she needs some help.

I cant speak for Russel but I have received nothing beyond the auto-responder email sent out when you submit site information. I also have not received a reply to an inquiry about the status of this. It might be a good idea to edit the web page, that says this will be done in a week, to a more realistic time frame (if you can figure out what that would be).

I'm not sure that Roberta quite gets that every day a site goes unlisted in the search engines it costs an inspector. It's nice to offer this for free as a member benefit but, if it is says it will be done in a week, I expect that it will be...no excuses.

It’s July 14th and I still have not heard anything more from Roberta.

How about the rest of you - has anyone heard anything?

I got a message from her on the 7th (after my previous post and sending her an email) that said "Given the volume of requests, we have adjusted the timeline on this and made that correction on the confirmation mail as well.

These requests are being processed as time permits. I expect we will be all caught up by the end of next week. "

Since I put my submission in on the 20th, that would put it at nearly a month (rather than the week originally stated). Whatever the logic was that put the timeline at one week was obviously flawed. I just hope this isn't a pattern.

The main issue I have with this is that it is imperative, when people submit their sites, and they are not going to be done in accordance with the timeline, that they are notified of the delay prior to the date originally promised, rather than having to chase her down, after the fact. Anything short of that is unprofessional.

If I had to cancel an inspection, my clients would be livid if I called them several days after it was scheduled to let them know it would be a while longer.

Morrison lives for this stuff. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) They should name a flesh eating bacteria after this guy. He thumbs through 97 NACHI successes to find one glitch, then with glassy eyes and short breaths he types away with one hand while pleasuring himself with the other.

To us, it is a delay. To Morrison, it is internet porn. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

This may be an open forum but since it relates to NACHI business and someone providing a service to NACHI members this is none of your GD business. Go crawl back under the rock you came out of and leave this issue to those that it concerns.

Hey this is a great idea.

I submitted my keywords about a month ago and have yet to receive a report.

How can I make sure that my keywords were received and inputted?

You should have gotten a confirmation email stating there would be a follow-up message when the work was completed.

Jim Morrison is dead and in the ground 34 years, now. He’s buried (supposedly) in Pere Lachaise cemetary in Paris. If he’s posting on the BB, we definitely have a problem. Frankly, I’m scared.
