And if your read above, we are converting www.FindaGoodHome.com to a buyer advice site that searches where only members who know about it, enter their info and market area they wish to serve.
Thanks for the info. I should be able to re-schedule a meeting with my new website guy this week. (Had to cancel the 1st one) I’ll look into this this week, as i’m almost caught up on the inspections. Fortunately for me, i’ve had a great spring, even without the help of the mystical InspectorSeek.
"P.S. Do I get to pick a Queen?"
**You wil have to submit a list of 3 potential ‘Queens’, and the Ethics Commitee will meet and make the final decision. **
Unlike many, I ask every client how they found me. A general response of “the internet” leads ot bit more prodding by me until I find out wither it was a Google link (determine whether it was a free link or paid per click ad), a Yahoo search (a free or paid per click ad) or NACHI variation.
My website also targets traffic for me so I can determine where links have been generated from.
I do not speak lightly on referrals and the sources thereof as I am very focused on ROI. NACHI has provided some (2 to date that I can verify - no others.) FOr those I am grateful.
This is not a lead generator for me. It is just that simple. For whatever reason - geography, number of inspectors in the region, lack of click throughs, whatever…
I have come to accept that the calue of NACHI for me lies in the BB - mostly Russel Ray’s Marketing and the occasional wisdom of a more experienced inspector on an unusual item.
All leads - including leads from NACHI - are carefully targeted and I would be happy to relay my results to you.
Over 300 inspections in 20 months with NACHI - 2 leads directly from NACHI or NACHI sites.
FIrst, Nick, links from other sites are not how I develop internet traffic. OTherwise I would be praing people call up another site and then select mine - ineffective and hard to control return.
Second, I track results meticulously. I know that you do not know me and probably have not read my posts on organization, but for those that have, this will not surprize them. I have detailed and explicit notes on teh origin of all of my clients. Although some try to offer vague answers, I eventually elicit the proper source.
Finally, NO, although I know you would like to take credit for lead generations that occur on the web, the truth is that pay per click beat NACHI 78 to 2 over the last 20 months (if you really want details).
Oh, and Aprosite does offer some information about linking sites, although I use that for amusement purposes only. My clients provide the exact source of reference for me.
I have booked 5 inspections in the past 2 weeks directly from InspecktorSeek.com… for the year I am at 32 booked inspections just from the NACHI owned search engines…
