Hello Nick - Chuck raise a very valid point. Without random audits or some type of checks and balance system, the continuing education becomes an issue of questionable validity.


I feel that raising the bar is a good step forward, but there needs to be more credibility built into the follow-up of personal claims. Without it, the media will once again use it as another point of NACHI's weakness in its education system.

Hopefully if anything - serious food for thought!

Nick, the problem with the IRS comparison, is that the IRS will come after you should you not file your taxes, NACHI will not.


You might as well make it a 100 hours. Without any real way to check, it makes no difference at all.
