I am in need of a new inspector. My business has grown and I can’t keep up with all of the work.
I am looking for an experienced home inspector. I prefer someone how is HVAC experienced or certified. Construction or engineering experience is a plus. You must also have the ability to get a state license, before July 1, 2006, have 150 inspections under your belt, or have 90 hours of classroom education. You have to pass the NHIE, which if you are experience, should be no problem.
