NACHI member Ed Brasco has graciously agreed to form a crawl space advisory board.

Drainage system and sump pumps
Insulation and ventilation.

Sounds like an interesting discussion. Hopefully in the future he may consider adding, piers, sill plates, wiring, plumbing, insulation, anchor bolts, and all those other things that should be considered while in the crawl space.
